Rad grupe autora (prof. dr Dušan Perić, Msc Srđan Milošević, Msc Iva Škrbić, doc. dr Vaso Jegdić, Msc Dragan Marković) prezentovan na II Internacionalnom simpozijumu SPORT, TURIZAM I ZDRAVLJE u Bihaću 2011. godine.

The contemporary tourists are becoming increasingly demanding. The constant competitive battle makes the owners of the accommodation capacities constantly innovate and improve the tourist products with the aim to retain the guests. The research conducted on the territory of Palić, Subotica municipality, encompassing hotels, as the dominant objects that offer accommodation, showed an emphasized relation between the satisfaction of the customers and their estimate of the quality of additional cultural and sporting events.
